While concerns around COVID-19 are high I am taking steps (along with the owners and other practitioners in the space where I practice) to minimize risk of exposure and transmission of the virus. Here’s what’s changed:
I have been fully vaccinated and boosted against COVID-19.
As of October 2022, masks are suggested but not required in Tribe’s common areas. For my treatment room: if you feel well and if you and your household have had no exposures to illness, please feel free to go without a mask for your session. I will continue to wear my KN-95 masks through this flu season and re-assess in the future.
Please do not arrive early for your appointment, as I will be unable to let you in until your appointment time.
Unfortunately we cannot accommodate visitors other than clients or patients at Tribe. If you arrive with a driver or other extra person, we will ask that they wait for you in the car or outdoors until your session is over. This helps us minimize exposure to other people in our shared space. We deeply appreciate your understanding.
Please cancel and reschedule your appointment even at the very last minute if you feel at all unwell and believe it could be due to a COVID-19 exposure to yourself or within your household. I will also cancel my appointments if I feel sick.
Strong and reliable HEPA filters process all of the air in the space, including in the HVAC system, where a UV light also hits all air particles.
Booking a 15-30 minute buffer between my patients allows me to clean the table, chair, massage table, and refresh the air in my treatment room between every patient.
All other practitioners at Tribe abide by these protocols, so you can rest assured that everyone who enters our space is doing so mindfully and to the best of everyone’s knowledge is not carrying COVID-19.
